On 13 November 2025, the UMH Arenals Building on the Elche campus will host the event “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Transformation of the Economic Model of Companies in the Valencian Community”, organised by the UMH Chair for Economic Model Transformation in collaboration with the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer and the UMH Science Park.

The aim of this event is to demonstrate the real potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to businesses in the Valencian production sector, showcasing practical applications and dispelling misconceptions surrounding this technology.

The event forms part of the action plan of the Regional Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Valencian Government (2017–2027) for the Transformation of the Valencian Economic Model.

The event aims to enable participating companies to:

• 💡 Identify specific opportunities to integrate AI into their processes, products or services.

• 🚀 Explore new opportunities for growth, efficiency and differentiation.

• 🤝 Gain inspiration from the experience of experts and companies already using AI successfully.

It will also provide an essential networking forum, connecting companies, technology providers and researchers to foster collaboration in the implementation of disruptive technologies.
