Service Provision
Service provision is a simplified form of contracting with UMH for predominantly technical and specific tasks (tests, technical reports, legal opinions, expert assessments, etc.). This contracting modality may be used when all of the following requirements are met:
- the financial consideration is less than or equal to €12,000 (excluding VAT);
- the expected execution period is less than or equal to 12 months;
- there is no need to expressly regulate ownership of results, publications, or the responsibilities of the parties.
HOW ARE SERVICE PROVISION CONTRACTS FORMALISED?
The procedure consists of the following stages:
- Completion of the Service Request Form Here
- Processing
- Performance of the activity by the Principal Investigator
- Validation of the invoice issuance (only to be validated once the work has been completed)
- Issuance of the invoice by the Accounting and Economic and Financial Management Service
