Procedure

  1. UMH researchers are required to notify the University of the generation of results that may be eligible for protection, arising from their research activities, whether financed with public or private funds. Once the notification has been received, both formal and substantive aspects are examined, and the procedures for protecting the results are initiated.

    3. Preparation of the patent specification and filing of the patent application
    4. Follow-up actions
    5. Notification of Interest in the International Extension of a Patent
