Transferencia al Aire is a radio programme promoted by the Knowledge Transfer Service of Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH). Our objective is clear and exciting: to build strong bridges between researchers and the business community, including both public- and private-sector organisations. We want to be the spark that ignites knowledge transfer, bringing research, development and innovation from laboratories and classrooms into the hands of those who can turn them into reality.

In this opening episode, we explore the opportunities for collaboration between businesses and the university, and how these synergies can generate significant mutual benefits. On this occasion, we interview Sol Segura, Director of CEDELCO, and José María Gómez, Professor of Business Organisation. We also highlight the importance of establishing strategic relationships between universities and businesses to drive innovation and growth.
