Transferencia al Aire is a radio programme produced by the Knowledge Transfer Service of Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH). Our objective is clear and exciting: to build strong bridges between university research and the business community, bringing scientific and innovative knowledge closer to those who can transform it into value for society.

We are launching the third season by focusing on two noteworthy aspects: the Business Innovation Scientific Unit (UCIE ACTIVA) and the R&D&I Validation and Valorisation Pilot. We will also discuss how the Alicante Institute for Health and Biomedical Research (ISABIAL) is organised. Both projects are very recent, and we will be able to learn about their objectives and purpose.

To do so, we are joined by Carla Ordiñana, Head of ISABIAL’s Innovation Unit, and Olga Jornet, an ISABIAL Innovation Agent with extensive experience in research and innovation.

Throughout the programme, we will discover what ISABIAL, UCIE ACTIVA and the R&D&I Validation and Valorisation Pilot are. In addition, Carla and Olga will share their personal experiences of collaborating with companies and public-sector organisations and will offer insights into developing more innovative initiatives.
