These calls are designed to promote knowledge transfer and the valorisation of research results generated at the UMH.<\/p>\n<p>The funding is available to academic and research staff and aims to support both the maturation of technologies with market potential and the professional assessment of their commercial viability and knowledge transfer strategy.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1033\">2026 Proof of Concept Programme<\/h3>\n<p>This call funds activities aimed at validating and maturing research results and bringing them closer to the market through testing, complementary development or assessments of their technical and commercial viability.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1435\">\n<li data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1303\">Maximum funding per project: \u20ac10,000<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1364\">Implementation period: until 31 December 2026<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1435\">Application deadline: 13 January 2026 at 23:59<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1546\">2026 Programme for Preparing Commercial Potential and Knowledge Transfer Assessment Reports<\/h3>\n<p>This programme provides funding for engaging specialised external consultancy firms to produce professional reports on the commercial potential of technologies and knowledge developed at the UMH, as well as strategies for their transfer.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1970\">\n<li data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1839\">Funding amount: \u20ac5,000<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1899\">Implementation period: until 1 December 2026<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1970\">Application deadline: 13 January 2026 at 23:59<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Knowledge Transfer Service encourages academic and research staff to consult the terms and conditions of both calls and consider submitting proposals with the potential to make an impact on the socio-economic environment.<\/p>\n<p>Full information and the complete terms and conditions are available in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/transferencia.umh.es\/proyectos-transferencia\/financiacion-umh-para-la-transferencia\/\">Funding section of the blog<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Vice-Rectorate for Research and Knowledge Transfer at Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche (UMH) has published two new calls for internal funding in the UMH Official Bulletin (BOUMH) of 11 December 2025.
