This includes selecting the most appropriate study design (meta-analyses, clinical trials, cohort studies, case-control studies, cross-sectional studies, ecological studies, diagnostic test studies and questionnaire validation); calculating the minimum sample size required to detect the expected effect; advising on statistical sampling; designing databases and defining and measuring variables; using validated questionnaires; conducting statistical data analysis; preparing reports with clinically relevant interpretations of the results; and advising on publication in high-impact scientific journals. <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
